  3. Make small rice ball. and set aside..
  4. Put two pieces of tuna fillet on top of the wrap, put cold vinegared rice on it, squeeze it tightly, and make a dent on the top..
  5. Put the yolk on the dented part. Make squid in the same way..

Most sushi rice has a bit of vinegar added to it while cooling - however, I left it out to keep this spicy tuna roll an easy recipe to whip up using leftover rice and a few pantry staples.
