  1. Mix well all the seasoning for the Pork. The idea is to have an even lumpy powder..
  2. Wash the Pork with plenty of water, lay it over a tray, add the seasoning and rub it entirely..
  3. Place it on the grill and cook at low heat for 15 min on each side..
