  9. After a while turn the upside of the paniyaram down using the paniyaram stick. Drizzle some oil over the paniyaram..
  10. Once both the side of the paniyaram turns brown, crispy and cooked well. Remove it from the paniyaram pan..
  11. Serve it with spicy tangy tomato chutney or thokku!.
